About the Talent Acquisition Specialist position

Here at Ronash, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and recruit talented candidates.
You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, interview planning, and tracking candidates through the hiring funnel until a good match is found.

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities are:

  • Manage hiring process via Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Source candidates through different channels like social media, job boards
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates
  • Help hiring managers in screening resumes, designing interview questions
  • Conduct initiatives to improve employer branding
  • Develop hiring procedures through benchmarking and keeping informed of Hr trends
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events

Talent Acquisition Specialist requirements are:

  • Previous work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of different hiring platforms
  • Relevant education like human resources management, or similar
